Domaine des Hautes Collines is a family-run winery perched at 300 metres altitude in Saint-Jeannet, in the hills above the Côte d'Azur. Founded in 2000 by Georges Rasse and now managed with his son Mathias, the vineyard benefits from a unique microclimate between the sea and the mountains.
