Sofiero Castle, a former royal summer residence just north of Helsingborg, Sweden, is an ideal stop for road-trippers. The highlight is its magnificent 15-hectare park, which features the largest rhododendron collection in Northern Europe with around 10,000 bushes, along with a sculpture park and seasonal events.
