Abgetaucht is a designated trekking and tent site managed as part of the Trekking Eifel project in the Naturpark Nordeifel. It is set in an airy spruce forest with mossy ground near Gondenbrett in the Schneifel highlands of Rhineland-Palatinate, at about 550 m above sea level, directly on the Schneifel trail.
