The Royal Palace of Aranjuez is one of the official residences of the Spanish Royal Family, located in Aranjuez, Community of Madrid, on the banks of the Tajo river. Built by order of King Philip II in the 16th century, the palace was designed by Juan Bautista de Toledo and completed by his disciple Juan de Herrera.
